PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD FABRICATION
From single to double-sided, through-hole and surface mount to mixed technology, GAB Electronic Services can meet and in most times exceed our customers' production needs. We have 40 trained and experienced employees, each at an individually grounded and ESD safe workstation. Through the assembly process all boards are given a first piece, in-process and final inspection. Each kit is accompanied by a current sample (when available), updated drawings, and paperwork.
Our philosophy is such; each customer is unique and has it's own potential, therefore we do not turn down work. From prototypes consisting of only a single board to high volume production runs of 10,000 + we can and are willing to handle the job.
Our surface mount capabilities also allow us to handle small runs as well as high volume. With two OK Industries' pick-n-place machines and a Amistar automated machine, two screen printers (accomodating up to 14"), and a convection reflow oven, we start and stop multiple jobs in the same day.
